Under PII’s unique model of operation, PII takes up assignments / projects overseas and pools the appropriate resources from within the member companies to undertake the assignment / projects. This model allows the secondees being deputed to overseas projects to retain their employment with their parent company, retaining their tenure & seniority during their assignment overseas and upon completion of the project / assignment to return to their employment with their parent company.

PII in a position to provide the required personnel for a period stretching from six months to two years.  Any short term assignments (below six months) in the areas of turnaround maintenance etc., we will be able to arrange the resources at short notice.

PII offer Technical Backup Services through deputation of experts on short term (below six months) and long term assignments (six months to two years) for specific client requirements.
