The Philosophy
"Expertise
through experience " has been the underlying philosophy
behind PII's training programme. This is rooted in our
belief that people are central and integral to the organisation.
PII
draws upon the expertise of its multidisciplinary faculty
to offer an intensive academic programme, coupled with
the excitement of lively class discussions.

The
faculty members are not only specialized experts with a great
deal of academic experience, but they also possess years of
hands on experience in the subjects. The accent of the training
is thus on real life situation using the latest training aids
and techniques. The right mix of faculty reinforces a pragmatic
practical value and the relevance of programme to the changing
needs of any organisation.
The training process commences from Identification of training
needs which are focussed towards individual development or
Role related needs. It leads to the development and design
of the training programmes. To ensure that training is effective,
after actually conducting the programme it needs to be evaluated
not only at the end of it, but also after a certain period,
say six months, to ensure necessary follow up and implementation
of action plans generated during the programme. This would
be the real taste of the deployability and the effectiveness
of the training process which would lead to organisational
effectiveness.
